Oh sorry i will dumb that down for you then
what has my post count got to do with this posters problem ???
I made no connection between your post count and the OP's problem. I merely asked a polite question of you that for some reason you appear to be inordinately defensive about answering.

My maternity leave (from my job) has just ended, and although not going back, I have another interview tomorrow.
My husband works full time to support us, and despite being entitled to ESA, HB and CTB, I don't claim. I do claim tax benefits, but why shouldn't I. I have been continuously employed, in up to three jobs at once, since the age of 15 until 3 weeks ago. I've done everything off of my own back, and only live in council housing as it was the only way I could get a house near to my dad as there were no private rentals available.
So screw you.
Thank you to everyone on these forums for helping me, and for allowing me to help you at times too, but for now, I'm leaving these forums.
you laving because of 1 nob, you need some thick skin then0 -
Without 'bigging myself up' too much OP I did mention earlier in the thread that coming on here to complaining about the works involved in getting a brand new boiler, radiators, flooring and tiling worth no cost to yourself was always liable to elicit some bad feeling/negative comments from people who would have to fork out many thousands for the same jobs.
Yes the thread has taken quite an offensive turn that I in no way condone, but I don't think you're achieving anything by saying 'you won't be back' or similar.

Also surely 'the price of cheese' is the more common expression.:cool:0 -

I agree with you.
It also annoys me when people who don't look after certain things in their home can get them replaced, while those that do look after them, don't get replacements.
Totally wrong. And you couldn't have simply said this in the beginning when I first inquired as opposed to the charming 'shall I dumb it down for you' and 'what's this got to do with the price of bread' comments?
Also surely 'the price of cheese' is the more common expression.
Price of cheese??! The common expression is 'the price of bacon'.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
