Index-linked Savings Certificates

Hi,
I know this is a hard one to answer, but how long do people anticipate the current certificates to last for before theyre all sold? I woudl like to buy some, but it means pulling money in from other accounts which will take a week to do. I dont want to do that and then find all the certifciates are sold. I suppose what Im asking is: How long have they been on issue and how long was it last time before they were sold out. Thanks.
