Hi,
I am moving into a new block of flats at the end of the month which has Sky connected. I will just need to contact them to set it up. Just wondering what the cost is likely to be for the basic package- including phone and broadband.
Thanks

I don't believe its any different per month just because you have a communal dish.0

Sky will not usually handle the installation of the TV package to the communal dish and will refer you to the company responsible for that communal installation.
Prices are no different for the subscriptions - installation costs may be different however.0 -

They do over here Dave,Although it's Finlay Comms who do the work on behalf of Sky as they have no installers over here.0 -

Could anyone give me some info on the following. I live in a block of flats and the agents have recently had a communal Sky system installed through a third party called Lovedigital.co.uk. The agents have billed the residents for maintenance/repairs and I want to know if they're justified in doing so. I rang Love Digital and asked what they charge to the agents for maintenance etc and they said the system was under warranty so there should be no charges. Does anyone know how this kind of system works? Does the third party installing get a cut from Sky and are repairs their duty? Whose property/responsibility is the dish? Thanks.0
