alamo car hire Carcassone

Have just booked car hire via Alamo from Carcassonne airport. As Alamo themselves don't have a check in desk I am guessing that they pass the booking on to one of the other agents at the airport. Has anyone out there used Alamo? Do you happen to know which agent it is likely to be, or does it vary.
I would also be interested to know if people have usually got the car they expected. It seems that 9 times out 10 we get an 'upgrade' on the day. We are expecting something like a Picasso, which I would be happy with, but who knows what we will get!!!!:cool:

The following is general - I don't know for certain it applies to Carcassonne:
Alamo is 99% certain to be one of their own cars. They are a rental company, not an agent.If they don't have a desk in the terminal you have to make your way to their parking lot where they will have an office. If it's any distance at all they'll have a shuttle - there will be a phone in the terminal to call them if this is the case0
