A Level Exam Results - School Specific?

In an A level exam 50% of the class only achieved U’s and E’s, the highest was an C, a pretty appalling picture. The school is a good school and normally obtains good results, but there is a problem with this specific subject and teacher. I have raised the issue with the school who is dismissive that there is a problem.
Can anyone help me in finding some school specific exam results? The exam board is AQA. I have been to there website, but am unable to find school specific, only National results.
Thanks
What would you do with the information?Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -

National - A*= 2.8% A= 21.6% B= 65.2% C= 89% D= 96.6% E= 100% U= 100%
School - A*= 0% A= 0% B= 0% C= 8% D=? E=? U=100%
But what will you do if you get that information?Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
Is this your child's class? Can you check there isn't anything else going on? Is there a chance for them to resit it?
Yes is it. A resit will happen, but if the teacher is not upto spec then the problem has not been corrected on both of the exams (those in Feb and those coming up in June).0 -

I'd be very clear in your phrasing and the quality of evidence you present; otherwise, depending on how !!!!ed off the teacher is and how clear your 'evidence' is, you could leave yourself out to an action for defamation.0

Could the school itself be obliged to supply this data under a Freedom of Information Act request?
I honestly don't know, it's just a thought that entered my head.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Now that's an interesting point. Could anyone comment on if this might be the case?0 -
My son's Sixth Form publishes their exam results broken down by subject and percentage receiving each grade on their website in great detail as does my daughter's school for GCSE's and A levels. They are both very proud and almost ram it down your throat. Conversely my son's high school does not publish them except in an addition to the prospectus frequently omitted. To me that speaks volumes, both my children's current establishments are high acheiving and flaunt it, my son's previous school was not.
This doesn't help you OP I am afraid, would it be worth contacting AQA?0 -
Personally I'd submit a request anyway (the direct.gov link tells you how to do so) and see how they respond! But that's just menxdmsandkaskdjaqd wrote: »Now that's an interesting point. Could anyone comment on if this might be the case?
