Di or Magpie, Maybe you could help with this one.
Just going through the loan agreement form again and have realised I had 5 year leather Insurance on the form - an amount has been added onto the purchase price of the sofa, but further down the form the is a section that I would have needed to sign and tick to say that i wanted this but I didn't sign or tick it is blank but the amount has been added in.
Is it possible to claim this back aswell and how would I go about doing that if it is possible, should i send a covering letter along with the PPI Questionnaire stating that i would like a refund for this aswell?
Thanks guys in advance of your valuable knowledge!0 -

That sound like a guarantee against damage to the suite. I suppose if you did not want the 5 year guarantee and lots don't want it adding, then you would be OK to complain about it being added. Was there a seperate box for you to sign then for this?0 -
Yes there is a separate section further down the form that asks for signature to confirm that you want this added and a tick box - both of which are empty.0

If you feel they were applied without you asking or being asked then you could see what they say. It certainly sounds missold unless you bought it with a compulsory 5 year cover.Yes there is a separate section further down the form that asks for signature to confirm that you want this added and a tick box - both of which are empty.0
