HELP....09828 & 0906 numbers
Hi everyone,
On our Tmobile bill we've had charges for 09828736969, 09061910872, 09061931102, 09064001999 numbers which total £75.00!!! Calls were not made to these numbers. anyone have an idea what these are? Tmobile have not been helpful. They said calls were made and the bill has to be paid!

Have you checked the time and the length of the calls? Applied for any loans or had any missed calls you
rang back?
My wife called an 070 number that rang her then hung up. cost 75p for a few seconds.
Thinking 07 its a mobile and only her family have the number.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Have you leant your phone to anyone?
I had a guy call in once who'd given his phone to his works mate for 10 minutes and he's texted a stack of premium rate numbers as 'a bit of a laugh'... The guy got a bill for about a £100 !!
Can you see them on itemised billing to see when they were made ??0 -

Interesting first number is ADULT SERVICES (just thought I highlight that) - could be T-mobile's naughty web sites?0 -
The regulator for premium numbers is phonepayplus.org.uk .
If you put those numbers into the search box you can see which companies they belong to. for example, the last one is a loan company.
Check your itemised bill for the date and time of the calls. If you are sure that no-one used the phone to call those numbers then ask T-Mobile to do a network investigation.
I should point out that it is unlikely that the calls weren't made from the phone. The serial number of the phone, the serial number of the SIM and the phone number are all logged in several places as the call is routed.0 -
Potentially a rogue app, if it's a smartphone? Have you downloaded any apps recently...check what permissions they have.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
