A friend of mine is on the Draycott Exchange EMDRAYC, internet has been down for around 12 hours, I've been trying to check out the exchange/network status but the page.

The router is syncing with the exchange but the internet light on the D-Link router is flashing between red, and green.
Line stats seem OK.
They are out at the moment but would welcome suggestions.
