If any part of your car was adjacent to the part of the kerb which was dropped, this would be a contravention. In your picture, the kerb is only dropped at the curvature of the pavement and is raised where the kerb runs straight.
You must prove that your car was parked exactly parallel to the straight raised kerbline with no part of your car adjacent to the curved kerbstones.
Law aside, parking right on a corner of a junction isn't a good idea; it makes life extremely difficult for emerging and turning traffic and you risk your car being clipped. The highway code advises that you don't park within 10 metres of a junction.0
