help needed with refund from virgin !

hi everyone
need some advice please i disconnected from virgin media in nov they took payment after and then sent me a letter saying they would refund my payment of £55 once there v box was picked up . they came in jan to pick it up! (they failed to show on two occasions to pick it up ! long story !)
i have phoned them 3 times to get my refund, everytime i get we will send it you in 10 working days but no cheque yet !
what can i do ???

As always send a "notice before action" http://www.contractorcalculator.co.uk/payment_letter_before_action.aspx giving 10 days to refund your funds or you will take action in county court.

Then do so here:

do you think i should try to find the virgin media email address and email it ? or do you think i should find an address and post this ??
