Advice on Vodafone contract

I upgraded March 20 for what i thought was the following
900 x net mins
unlimited text
1gb data
1000 landline mins
for £27.50pm on 18 month contract

I soon realised that there was no way of identifying by calling 44555 how many land line and how many x net mins were remaining as it only give you the overall remaining mins so Voda agreed to give me unlimited land line for an addition 6p per month when i called on the 5th May, all cool i thought, however now completely confused as whan i called up today was told that the upgrade taken in march was £28, however my currentl monthly cost was £25PM, I questioned this a i thought i was meant to be paying £27.56, again it was confirmed that that was what i was contracted to pay, so saving me 2.56 a month, i checked online and it appears that its costing me according to online billing 25.45pm. So i now have 4 different monthly charges and am totally confused, Vodafone are ruda and unhelpful and i have had enough. If i can prove what i agreed to originally in may ie 27.56 and now its all changed is this not breach of them breaking my contract even though its cheaper, my point being this time its in my favour, however had it not been i could have been 2.56 worse off.

Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance.

So, are you looking for an excuse for cancelling a 18 months contract just after 2 months?
Vodafone making mess of everything, being rude and unhelpful is hardly a news, but is not even close to being a reason for demanding cancellation. Neither is you being unable to check your remaining minutes or your bill being lower than you expected.
