cashback on refreshed iphone

Hi,
Does anyone know if I would get the £109 cashback quidco is offering on I phone contracts with three as the one I am interested in getting is the refreshed one they have on their site??

    I'd ask quidco what they think on this one, but beware with 3, maybe do a check on the forums as they have been known to refuse cashback via quidco for no reason at all, not the most trustworthy unless they have changed their game in the past....month.
