Help me find the right phone/contract

So, I've been using a pay as you go phone, but now want a contract as it's less hassle and hopefully less expense. The problem is I know absolutely nothing about phones, these are my requirements:
Something easy/quick to use, that doesn't have millions of pointless menus etc
Preferably something with decent qwerty keyboard, as I want texts to be as easy/quick to send as possible
Something that can receive emails (I suppose this falls under data allowance, do you set up the phone with pop/smtp details or do you have to navigate through browser?)
Something with a long battery life. My current phone lasts almost a week on one charge, would like something similar
A built in camera would be handy
How useful is web browsing. I have no interest in facebook etc, so what use is a phone for google/forums etc?
I'd like to spend £12 a month, potentially £15 if worth the extra. I need around 300 minutes, 300 texts and 500mb data.
Isn't there a site that gives 18 months worth of money back on a 24 month contract (can't remember the web address).
Sorry for the endless questions and barely legible post. Yours, Clueless.
