Install, update, QUICK scan, post log if you want

Run, it'll close everything and wipe all temp locations. Afterwards, you should restart the computer.
If you are going to do those steps, you may as well do this one as well:
3. Save this to the desktop. Hold down SHIFT and RIGHT CLICK then Run as Administrator. Run a scan and save a log, then post the log here:
