Hi Deadweightuk,
According to a post of yours on another thread, your DLA was stopped three years ago.
I'm just wondering why you are now bringing it all up on here? You surely don't really think that it's got anything to do with your divorce, moving house or any of the other reasons quoted in your OP? And you have even admitted that the DWP have said that your care and mobility needs are not sufficient to claim DLA.
If you are sure that you do in fact qualify, then I would ask for help from CAB, DIAL or a Welfare Rights Officer.0
