I have been charged £1.50 from mumdad reverse

ime sure alot of people here have heard about MUMDAD reverse calling

ive just received a TXT from them saying they have charged me £1.50 (75p a call) for prank service

ive not accepted ANY T&C and not used there service

i did get a call from a private number 5 times and i canceled it (it kept on ringing) so i answered and then canceled.

now ive been charged for using there service as a prank service

ive emailed them saying.

i have just received a charge from you for 75p X2

i did not accept any T&C therefore what you are doing has to be illegal
i also did not accept and call from this service. i canceled a private number call 5 times yet it kept on ringing so i answered but did not accept anything and called the call again

I demand a refund, or i will making a another complaint to someone who can solve this issue i have

If they called you how can they sign you up to anything and charge you?

I always thought you need to contact them by text reply etc. Or agree by some
other method?

well they charged me and after a few emails they basically said they are not going to refund me and that they have blacklisted my number from there service
