                    Went shopping at B&Q Leicester, during the bank holiday (29th April) as was 15% off bought over £200 worth of goods. Queues were long and I was nearly 3 hours in the store. Received a private parking ticket for parking over 2 hours, from Parking Eye in the post. Have to pay £80 or £50 under 14 days (22nd May) what should I do, as I don't feel I deserve the ticket as I was shopping there all the time. Please note that they have my details and car reg number.

            Ignore it and all suibsequent letters. But write to B&Q informing them that you will no longer use their business until they disassociate themselves from these cowboysOne important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

            You could always go back to B&Q, load up a large trolley with high value goods, get to the checkout then announce at the top of your voice "I'll have to leave all this stuff as my parking time is about to expire - goodbye".What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

            ignore it and read all the other threads on this board as to why you should ignore it. then complain to B&Q about their unenforecable parking nazisHouse saving Targets:

 Firstly ignore the "ticket". It isn't a ticket it's an speculative invoice. You do NOT have to pay it. They won't take you to court as B&Q haven't suffered any loses and PE know it.
 Secondly complain to B&Q - not to the store but to the CEO. Make sure you point out you will now be taking your business to Homebase / Wickes / Focus DIY ( and Coupon Mad will know hard that was for me to type :eek: ). Point out you don't appreciate him employing a group of scammers who attempt to con you out of money simply because you are shopping at HIS store. B&Q is owned by the Kingfisher Group and the CEO of Kingfisher is :

 Blasphemy! :rotfl::rotfl:
 Anyway, 14stars, everyone is right in telling you to IGNORE this fake PCN.
 Look how common your thread is among many every single day (read a few):

 In particular read the stickies by Crabman, 'PPC letters, what to expect' and 'welcome, please read before posting' including a fun Watchdog link.
 Definitely complein to B&Q though, in writing, about them using scammers. Maybe wait for the first threatograms from debt collectors, then complain.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
