Iphone & PC help

My DD was first to get an Iphone & installed Itunes on my PC. I then got an Iphone (& she had a new laptop by then & was using it) so as I couldn't seem to get my own Itunes programme (hers seemed to be the default one) I deleted Itunes & all software from my PC.
I had to update my Iphone, so I reinstalled it & signed on as my Itunes account.
The phone downloaded all her phone numbers & everything onto my phone.
How do I get her off it:( & make mine the default/only details?

All her songs are on the PC again & everything:mad:

Easy answer.... Change the pc to allow you to have your own profile and login on startup. Then you will have to install iTunes again and it will work!!

There is only one profile & login (actually there is no password, it just starts), mine, its mky PC. I only let her set it up on there as she'd just got the phone & was having problems with her old lap top.

Go into settings, accounts and then add an account under yours or your partners name... then restart and you will see that there are now two accounts (or more if required). Then go into the account without iTunes, download it and start it and problem solved.

Not trying to be arkward but are you saying I set up an addition account on my PC & reinstall Itunes on that?

Can I not run my itunes on my current one & only account on my PC?

Its my PC, no one else uses it, isn't there a way I can just have one itunes (mine) on it?

OK..... If you have 1 PC with 1 iTunes account then any other iPhone attached to that PC will cause issues (which you are having!). The only way round this is to have more than 1 login on the PC (as an example on my laptop I have an account, SWMBO has an account and our eldest has an account) all separate logins so that we don't have the issues that you are experiencing (we all have Apple product....). That is the way round it unless you buy another PC.

OK, delete iTunes completely and then re-install!

unistall itunes and check the folders in my music (show hidden folders) are gone too.

    Reboot, reinstall itunes

If you want to refresh phone, put it into recovery mode (google that) and once connected let the phone install as new instead of restore from a backup
