Android phone for £100?

Hi,
I notice that the last thread on smartphones for under £100 hasn't been updated for 6 months, so it might be time for a new one.
My wife was coming to the end of a contract with 3. Long story short, they gave her plenty of minutes and texts, along with 2Gb data for £7.50 per month, but no phone included in the deal. She has been playing with my Galaxy S and now wants an Android phone, but without a hefty price tag.
So the question is, what is the best value for around £100 at the moment.
As far as functionality goes, it's the usual calls and texts, but also needs wifi, capacitive screen (bigger the better) and a reasonably easy way to update the OS. GPS and accelerometer would be a bonus but not essential. She likes the android app market so ideally something currently running at least Froyo.
I'd appreciate any deals that have been seen, and any experiences with those phones.
Cheers.

I think OSF is the most popular one: http://shop.orange.co.uk/mobile-phones/san-francisco-from-orange-in-grey
Search the board for more information. Sometimes they drop the price to about £70.
HTC Wildfire can be bought for about £120. It has a better build quality, but worse specifications.0 -

Three of the guys I work with have the San Francisco (all now unlocked and running on different networks), and they all rave about it - it does look really good value for money. My wife got a Wildfire a couple of weeks ago on a £12/month contract from TalkMobile - it's also a really nice phone, but dearer on PAYG than the OSF.0 -
OSF without a doubt, easy to unlock and really there is nothing better for the money currently.0

Just don't get it on Orange because the network is dire.0

Hammy!! We all moan about networks, but where I am Orange and T-Mobile are great (Orange at the front of the house and T-Mobile at the back and upstairs!) so for me its good, but O2 are dire. It's all about geography innit!'Just because its on the internet don't believe it 100%'. Abraham Lincoln.
