You can and this will cost you like a call to any UK mobile. Your 'relation' will pay roaming cost of the incoming calls. I'd expect this to cost them about £1/min.I use ASDA mobile and my relation another UK provider. If that person is in Kenya can I use my mobile to phone him?
You failed to mention that this is if using free WiFi. Mobile broadband will cost a fortune abroad, let alone Kenya.If you both download Skype you can talk to each other for as long as you want for FREE0
