I got some budget ones form B&Q for £1.09 IIRC.
Mind you Homebase do some Jamie Oliver ones for about £4.50 which I am sure would make all the difference:rotfl:
Must admit I use mine to fill tubs and baskets for flowers, instead of compost, has always done a good job. You need to feed them anyway.
Another use is lawn patch repair, breakup soil, sow seeds cover with grow bag stuff, tamp down keep moist - bingo. I usually buy large 125L compost bags from B&Q not the peat free ones. Sometimes you get slightly larger
items in them but not many all in all i like them.
Early this year i needed a bit quickly so bought a 70L one and its rubbish. I put some into pots ready to sow
seeds into and weeds have sprouted from some of them.
I will be going back to the peat based one.

Sainsburys were recently selling "Tomato Bags" at £4.99 recently, did not see many being sold.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

I have been buying the wilkos growbags( under seed shelves in mine for some reason which is why i never found any each time i went looking for veg growbags in compost section)
they are long and narrow and suitable for veg according to pic including tomatoes.
they are £1.28 each.

Focus had some for £1.99 a couple of weeks ago but I went back the other day and they had none. No compost either.
Homebase were doing them for £1.99 too (33L) and "children's growbags" for £2.49. These are also 33L so I'm really not sure what the 50p markup was for...other than the nice packaging!0 -

Yes, the mushrooms shrivel up nicely in the bottom of your fridge, instead of going slimy
