problems with Nomi Mobile

Hello Everyone. I have been using Nomi-Mobile for the past three years and have had no problems until now. They changed networks some time ago and gave me a new sim which says "02 Nomi-Mobile" on my handset screen.
As of last week when I try to dial any number a recorded voice says "this number is not authorised on this network". Even when I try the help desk or top up numbers I get the same message.
I have emailed several times but get no reply.I called their 0845 number from my landline but a BT recorded voice says "this number is no longer accepting calls".
If they have gone bust I would have thought the network would be cut off but I have a strong signal.
If they have gone I take it that I have lost my credit.
Has anyone else having problems with Nomi. I have just bought a Lebara sim are they ok? Any advice would be very helpful.
Thank you in advance.

Looks like bad news I afraid.

    See here and here.
  • Shocking that the Nomi website is still allowing top up and sim card purchases!

If they had gone bust, you get the message you're getting now. Signal means nothing.
