Sky broadband

I have had Sky TV for several years. I recently changed my phone and broadband to Sky, over a month ago now.
Ever since changing over I have had nothing but trouble with the broadband constantly disconnecting on me.
I have rung them many times, done all the checks as advised, had my line tested etc but still having the same problem.
Do I have any right to cancel the contract as they are not supplying me with the service that I signed up for? Would I be able to cancel the other 2 services (telephone and tv) as I am considering taking up the same offer with Virgin media?
Many thanks in advance for any advice.

Just had the same thing told to me on the phone.
Called them for 20 mins, they ran tests and then cut me off.
Didnt call me back so i had to wait on the phone for another 15 mins to get through to someone.
Now im told that "2mb is about as much as you will get where you are"
Im 1 month in to my contract.
Can i get out of it?0 -
They have a batch of faulty (software fault) Sagem "Sky box style" routers which have been sent out over the past 5 months or so. Connecting by cable and disabling the wifi apparently sorts it. There's supposed to be a firmware update coming soon. Alternatively, you can get your own ADSL Modem Router and use https://www.cm9.net/skypass/ to generate the username and password needed for the ADSL setup.0
