met up with a friend and had a good heart to heart about the job/interview etc. etc. she knows the ins and outs of the place so it was very cathartic to talk to her, I cried again, can't be right all this crying, it's only a job !!!!!!

On the flying front, I haven't today
    :(
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

we had 'walk to school' day today. since we live too far for that we parked at a park closish to school and walked - kids loved it!
then i stayed on to help in my son's class with their computer lesson - good fun!
then i helped a friend out who is car less today and had to do lots of running around with a toddler.

came home and hung up 2 loads of washing, another one in.
and i finally called the electricity company - since we moved they haven't billed us  - apparently a glitch and we'll get the bills within the next 2 weeks :eek:

off to sort out clothes! (dd put hers away in the morning :T - just checking on how she did it!)

    first i need some music!!!!!

    eta: music did help

    sorted the kids clothes
    dirty washing in laundry basket
took bin out and new bag inside
    cleared a hotspot - make that 2!

    Morning All

    Great news piggers

    I've forgotten everything else!

It's the Summer fair at the kids' school today so I must remember that I'm picking the kids up and not my mum and dad. Other than that I'm going to my parents' for tea so probably won't get anything else done tonight.

Going to get up now and put some washing on the line and put another load in.

    Have a good day all

second load on the line already:j

I'm off sick today again because of the 48 hr rule, but I feel OK so hopefully I can get lots done. I've got lots and lots of paperwork and CPD to do for work so hopefully I can get a lot of that done. I'm going to do a quick surface tidy - 5 mins in each zone and a 27 fling/tidy boogie, just to feel like I can settle down to work in a clear and calm environment!

Off to Ireland tomorrow to see FIL so I've got to get that all packed up for too with minimum volume for hand luggage:eek::eek::eek: Must check the aire Lingus (??) website for measurements/weights. (also need to check with DH that we are actually flying with aire lingus!)

    hope all are well
    xx
