TBH, I'm another one who has used the flabelos and not found much difference
I used it for 2 months, going almost every day (probably 5 days a week?) and it just didn't work for me
I'm not saying it won't work for others but I wouldn't pin all my hopes on it. One thing I am looking at is these... http://www.universalcontourwrap.com/uk/ ... as they guarantee a 6 inch loss with the first treatment & if you don't get that they'll wrap a second time for free! 0 -
ohhh nice...just feeling guilty for having been out for a meal and still tasting the rather delicious rich chocolate cheesecake...then I come on here and read about colonic irrigation :eek:0

I went to a special colonic salon, but they did massages too (I recommend one first!) It sounds horrid, but actually wasn't bad at all, and definitely not painful!:rotfl:

Oh dear haha, having someone massage my er... nether regions sounds horrid! To be fair, the whole thing sounds horrid but I'm so fed up with my belly - I'm not fat, but there's a belly, which somehow makes it feel worse?! - and feeling bloated, that I'm willing to try anything! I will have a look and see if there's anything in Kent, probably not on the work computer though
