flabelos

anyone used it?

i have got 3 weeks on monday unil my dress fitting and i really really need to lose my tummy!

its the new craze- espically in beauty salons- http://www.flabelos.org/ for those that dont no its a power plate you sit on and it vibrates and you do different positions for different parts of your body

in my local salon you have a free trial of 10 mins- which i did yesterday
and i brought a 120 minute package for £30
going to go to the salon 4 times a week- for 10 or 20 mins sessions

hope it helps in some way!

anyone got any experience?

I used it for a while! but realised that its a lond term thing! because when you stop using it the flab comes back on.

Have you googled 'Almonds for weight loss' you will be suprised.

Maybe you could use the flabeloss selectively and the almonds at the same time. x;)

My boss used one of them and says its great (she ended up buying something called a vibro plate which I think is similar)
Best thing Ive ever done to lose my tummy is have a colonic. I lost loads of weight (at least half a stone) after around the 2nd/3rd session and my stomach went really flat!

I have vibro plate machines at my gym. Theres 4 different ones, and all of them do different parts of yr body depending on what position you are in.

Can't say as I think they work. But I usually go on one for 10 mins as it gives me chance to catch my breath after doing the cross trainer!!

I think £30 is quite dear tho. My gym session is £3.40 and you could go on the vibro plate for as long as you like.

I'm always one for promoting healthy eating and exercise tho, and drinking more water. Simple things work best.

I don't really believe in 'quick fixes' as even if they help for a small amount of time, when you stop using the product, the effects will stop.

I've lost 1stone 10lbs since january from just watching portion size and cutting down on alcohol, chocolate, puddings, cheese, bread etc and also increasing exercise.

You still have 10 weeks before the wedding so you don't need a quick fix, you could easy just follow healthy eating techniques and have a naturally flat tummy that stays with you for your honeymoon too :A

I used one of these for a month, along with dieting, and didn't really see much difference to be honest. I agree with PottleFlump though - would definitely recommend a colonic. It made a big difference to me when I had it done last year, so will definitely be doing it again before my wedding.

Try cutting out bread and fizzy drinks. I lost 4lb in a week by cutting out bread alone! eep! it all went straight off my tum too!
