OP I agree I think that thay Curry's should check the balance and if it hasn't been spent they should issue you a new card.
Why don't you contact their head office and see if you can charm them into your way of thinking, remember that their company policy is not the law.
Not saying they have to legally refund you, just that company policy is often flexible if you speak to the right person.0 -

Which dictionary defines petty as "someone who dares to disagree with the OP?"0 -
Was the ASBO for missing English lessons? The apostrophe must be the most misunderstood and misused piece of punctuation in the language. This is made worse by the fact that most people simply fail to understand what it does, and make it unnecessarily complicated. The result is that many people, in an effort to appear correct, use a scattergun approach, dropping in apostrophes every time the letter "s" ends a word, for plurals, possessives and contractions alike0

i hope that was'nt one of them crap technika thing's because the picture go's on them just before the gaurantee expire's!!
You shouldnt generalise, have you actually had a Technika that has broken just before the guarantee ran out, well if it was before then it should be okay to repair or replace. If you mean after, then you still have rights under the SOGA in that goods should last a reasonable length of time.
And, I have two Technika TVs, had them both for 5 years plus without a moments bother.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
