Hi
On my wife's Google nexus one (running Android 2.3), even though there are multiple numbers saved for a contact (eg home, mobile, work), it only displays the home number under the contact's name. Any idea on how to display ALL saved numbers under a contact?
Thanks

I've just enabled sync to her gmail account and she now gets 'home' and 'mobile' number displayed for a contact. But 'work' is still missing? Oh why oh why do her contacts have to be linked to her gmail contacts? She DOES NOT use gmail, why is Android forcing her to sync her contacts with gmail in order to display >1 contact number?:mad:0

I doubt it's Android forcing her to do anything, multiple numbers against names display just fine on my SE X10 without the need to sync anything.Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0

Where are the numbers saved? If they have been saved to sim it will scrub all the extra numbers off the contact - its probably worth checking that the contacts are being saved to the phone and not the sim.0

How do you find out where the contacts are stored? I couldn't find any setting on the N1 which tells me if the contacts are stored on phone or on SIM:mad:0 -
On my Samsung running 2.3.3 when I edit a contact I get a green plus sign next to the 'Phone' label so that I can add more contact numbers.
I did read this from your user guide -
Touch a category’s plus button to add more than one entry for that category—in the menu to create your own label.
for example, to add both work and home numbers.
Touch the button to the left of the item of contact information to open a menu with
preset labels, such as Mobile and Work for a phone number, or touch CustomDave. :wave:0 -

Don't think OP has a problem saving them just seeing them once saved.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
