If you right click the taskbar, click task manager, click processes, none of the .net versions should be running unless a programme is using it
If you uninstall any versions, a programme will let you know if it needs it
I dont think you can actually tell if a programs uses the .net framework by just looking at the task manager.
and there is no generic host process for the framework either.
I know I have 2 .net framework programs loaded right now, and there is nothing to indicate they use .net0
