I Phone 4 Deal - Opinions please

Hi I have been offered by T Mobile (I've been a customer for years) an I phone 4 for £100 then £35 per month for unlimited internet, unlimited texts, 600 mins plus an add on which will probably by free calls to T Mobile numbers.

Is this a good deal? I have tried looking around but they are all for new customers and are dearer than this deal but I wondered if I should barter more with T Mobile or not?

Any opinions please?
