No i am capable of seeing what goes on in my area and yes im capable of listening to my friends who have told me that they were told not to put their names on the housing list because it was pointless.

What i have said to you there has been proven by the panorama tv show, it has a council employee actively discouraging people from putting their names on the housing list.

I can do this as many times as you want.
