Explain what you have said then.

All I said was that the wayward son of a homeowner has no more right to a free home than the workshy social housing tenant you keep banging on about.

So, we kick all the benefit claiming social housing tenants out of their affordable tenancies and into expensive privately rented properties while keeping social housing for those who will use the opportunity to save for a deposit.

Of course, they still won't be able to save for a deposit as their tax will have increased to fund the massive increase in the cost of LHA while the price of housing stretches further and further out of their reach while the BTL brigade make hay on the back of guaranteed LHA rental income.

No you just give the council houses to hard working people and the sponging scumbags live on the streets. have you not been reading what i write.

Why not, if their parents leave them a house its theirs and if they are wayward and workshy then thats one less scumbag my taxes dont get wasted on by paying their rent.

How is this a bad thing.

I think you will find that it is you that is ignorant, i come to my conclusions from what i see happening around me on a daily basis and you come to yours by looking at council house guide lines, and i have told you that there is video evidence that shows that those guide lines are not used and i have told you that my friends have been told not to bother putting their names on the list.

You refuse to believe that things like this go on within the system so that makes you ignorant.

And the cost to the taxpayer of the massive increase in crime from people desperate to provide for their families, the impact of plummeting house prices on the wider economy, the costs of the increase in squatting, etc etc etc. Who's going to pay for all that? Oh yes, the hard working taxpayer who, because he has to pay for your ignorance, is still unable to afford a house. Numb nuts.

I thought you didn't like scumbags getting free houses?

Single mothers who end up being single by CONSTANTLY making stupid decisions should not be given a free house, they should be put into some kind of hostel and be taught the basic lessons in life.

The unemployed who are unemployed by choice should just be thrown on the streets.

Workers who take on a council house and have no intention of ever giving that house up or trying to buy their own house should be asked to leave to make way for somebody who is willing to do this.

Why do you feel the need to twist what i am saying.

So social housing should be a place that "hard working" people go to save for a deposit to buy a house?

How do you define hard working? Do they have to really try at work and get a letter from their employer saying "jimmy consistently puts 110% effort into everything he does?".

What if the person takes their foot off the gas and starts turning up to work half an hour late every day? Out on the street?

I knew it was only a matter of time before the crime angle appeared:rotfl:
