I found the best thing to do with Gyp is to give a perfect score every time as if you give less than perfect they will query it and will try not to pay you. Goes against everything that I feel mystery shopping stands for but if that's what they want then who are we to argue...

No, in my book TNS is the worst. Well and truely fed up with them after today.

What are you talking about? I want to conduct a Private Conversation with someone, hence the message I posted. I'm not doing anything wrong.

Posting the MSC and the client on an internet forum is not holding a private conversation, anyone anywhere in the world can view it. As already mentioned it's against the forum rules as well as breaching the confidentiality contract you have with Gapbuster.

It's easily done and you're not the only one to have done it but when it's drawn to your attention always best just to accept you made an error and amend the post.
