I logged in this morning at 5.30 am and both mine and my wife's Monthly Savers were displayed, so the fix worked, I logged in again at 10.30 am and they had gone.so the fix apparently did not stick. This problem has been going on for some time now and I am suprised it has not been picked up by the media.

My monthly saver was visible this afternoon. Haven't checked since then.
You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.

With Ryan Giggs and Cheryl Cole out and about?

Who (in the world of the press) gives a flying **** if an account disappears from online access as long as the money is secure?

If the funds had been embezzled, used to pay the Portugese bloke at the top a huge bonus or you couldn't access them in branch if required there'd be a story.

How did savers cope before we had the interwebs?

Mine's back now. Hopefully for good.

I'm surprised some of those posting on here bother to read a thread titled 'LTSB Monthly Saver gone from online banking', as they don't seem bothered. I wonder how they'd feel if all their accounts were missing.

Some people can remember the world before internet banking.

I remember my first savings account. I used to eagerly wait for the early February post when I'd receive my annual statement showing an interest credit at 31st July and then another at 31st January.

Then it would disappear again for another year.

Not once did I consider it "missing".

Joining a world of paranoia around a minor technical glitch isn't something I want to be part of. Irritating it may be. But nothing more.

The money never went missing. It was always there in the bank's computer systems. Just not on your screen. You could always walk in to a branch and discuss the account if you wanted to. Even withdraw funds from it.
