Mine's disappeared too. When I queried it with them yesterday, they said it's a "system error" and took my user ID and said they'd get it corrected. Mine has gone today - I called Lloyds up and the man said that Lloyds are having issues with the monthly saver online but that they hope to sort it out soon but couldn't give a time frame. He said the accounts are ok though, just not showing up.0

Mine has gone too, wouldn't you think they could at least put something on the website explaining why an account has suddenly and mysteriously vanished? You can't even e-mail Lloyds with a query, how disinterested must an organisation be that they deny customers (shareholders even) the ability to contact them by e-mail? Shabby.0

A quick bump as mine has also disappeared this morning after being there on saturday when i last checked. I don't use money manager.
Has anyones standing order been paid to their missing account yet? I assume it will reach it and not bounce back. Mine is on the 5th.0 -

It would be good if someone from Lloyds could post on here to let us know. Save us all 'phoning them.
It's poor service when you don't seem able to email / secure message them. I would have thought that a prime feature for an Electronic Banking Service. First Direct & Egg have Lloyds beaten on that.0
