Blackberry usage every 15 mins on bill

Hi when you go on line to check recent calls it is showing blackberry useage around every 12-15 mins. Its my sons phone and I think he must of turned something on as I assume its some kind of update. It means I cant see what calls and texts have been sent/made as the list is just the blackberry useage. Would anyone be able to tell me what it could be. I have turned the location services off thinking it was that but nothing has changed.

Have you not added the BIS bolt on? Blackberrys are smart phones and therefore need a data bolt on to stop these charges from racking up. What network are you on and what do you get as part of your tariff?Have I helped? Feel free to click the 'Thanks' button. I like to feel useful (and smug).
