I don't think they have even told any one which games/if any games, will be given away yet. When it is announced what they are giving away, I believe it will be posted here:

May still be worth ripping through the PlayStation store when it does come back anyway though. Says here it hasn't been updated since the 19th April, but they will be doing loads of updated to get it back up to date:

Have you found the post of the offical PlayStation site that says we are getting free games, now that the site has come back up? I still can't see any sign on it, apart from rumors on other sites.

Not very impressed tbh, very old games - got the ones I wanted from that list ages ago and am sure am not the only one.

They are abit dead i dont have any of them but thats because i havent wanted any of them. they should have givven blacck ops new escalation map pack free or for a cut price:D

just been showing my house mate he pointed out they are all are games with a sequel. which is very intresting, also looked at the titles really quickly and all apart from dead nation was out in 2008 or 2009 dead nation was dec 2010. I dont think any of these are apealing to me ill probably just download them and they will sit there for months before i try play them

To be fair to Sony, whatever they offered would not have been good enough for some people.

The games aren't brilliant, but they are ok.

For example, could you imagine if they offered everybody a £20 voucher to use on PSN instead, then all you need to do is input your bank details to pay the rest towards a new game or whatever you want....
