Payment was made, as per your first post you however didn't claim it.

Let me provide you with an analogy. If you put £1 into a vending machine, but the £1 comes straight back out, you have not "paid" £1, and the vending machine does not owe you a £1 drink.

In exactly the same way, the buyer has paid a non-existent account, and has been refunded for that payment. The buyer has not paid anything, and the seller does not owe her an item she has not paid for.

simmed has made this whole scenario up.

You don't list your paypal e-mail login on each listing on ebay, it is set up on your account and provides an automatic link to your paypal account. So the same problem would have happened for every sale simmed made on ebay. So your story doesn't add up simmed.

So as I suspected the OP is just attaention seeking, and has made up this whole story to cause a huge argument.

I think this thread needs locking.

You do sometimes need to put your email address in manually, there have been other threads where people have had payment go to the wrong email address, they are advised of the course of action they need to take & generally it's sorted it out within a few minutes.
Some people though like to milk any given situation. Sad world really.

Yes their PAYPAL account, but virtually 100% of sellers can type their own email, unlike yourself.

You don't have to type your own e-mail for each listing.

Yes the first one, but did you manage to get it right TWICE?

Seeing as I simply clicked "reply" to the email she sent me, almost certainly the email is correct. :money:

No you don't, unless you want the money to go to a different paypal account from your usual one. So as the OP has never stated this, then it is very unlikely.

The OP's story simply doesn't add up. This is why they are refusing to take advice and then just go away.

Which course of action is that? I would love to sort this out in a few minutes. :money:
