This phone is the tmobile version of the V545 / V550
Very likely local market stall can do this for you. Most quote £8 - £10. Haggle down to £5. Walk away and they will likely say go on then. 100% profoit margin. The unlock boxes cost about £150.
Or just search on ebay and there are lots of sellers at £4 plus post. Just search for motorola unlocking. There are lots to choose from
