Help-Anyone heard of KRUZSHUZ....Are they a SCAM

Its such a shame that you have also had the same problem as me I replaced my daughters with a pair of shuz of the local market for just £10 had no joy with paypal they didnt help as a last resort I have sent a letter to Cruz Shuz head office in Belgium as yet I have had no reply by letter nor email I have had enough now its as though because we have delivery no one wants to Know even though the goods are no good to us.

Well Dave its been over a month for mine I have sold mine in the local newspaper today, Cruz Shuz are a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there

Have any of you heard of this company. We found them on the internet and have paid via paypal for a pair of heelies type boots.

Since we ordered them, my husband has heard that they are a scam site.

It's early days I know as we only ordered them on Sunday 3rd but we are worried that we have lost our money.

Tried stopping the paypal payment but we may have been too late. Any help or advice would really be appreciated.

Hi there,

I bought some for my daughters birthday in June. They actually arrived on time but they were too small.
I tried to return or rather exchange them. No luck!! They charged me for the returns postage, but no returns bag arrived.
Its September now!!
THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

Cruzshuz are not a scam. I have just received two pairs, correct sizes and models, within 5 days of placing the order. Happy customer who would recommend and use cruzshuz again.

I waited 14 days to get my shoes. When I finally got them there was no receipt, or any return details either. I contacted info@cruzshuz before that to complain and threaten to involve the Office of Fair Trading as, after reading these posts, I thought I wasn't going to get them at all. In their return email they stated that they (the 'legitimate' cruzshuz company) are based in Ireland and that other identical sites are giving them a bad name by offering poor service. One 'bad' site is based in England and they use Royal Mail to deliver. Cruzshuz in Ireland stressed that they are not associated with them ( The Irish company stated that my buyer details were not on their system so I must have used one of these other sites to order my shoes. The shoes were also delivered by Royal Mail). The Irish company also said that they have contacted Google to get these sites removed but without success.

The problem lies in the fact that these cruzshuz sites to look at are identical in every way..this is why people are being tricked.I have suggested that the Irish legit site should change their website completely and warn buyers of potential scam sites to avoid confusion.

I hope this information helps. I obviously cannot 100% say the irish ones are legit but it seems plausible. At least I finally got the shoes but I was worried, Although a Newbie, I hope this information may help clarify things and give people hope! - Lisa:j.

What is the "legitimate " online shop you used for the Irish site ? My daughter has been after a pair of these for her birthday next month !
