Help-Anyone heard of KRUZSHUZ....Are they a SCAM

I wish i had found this before i ordered!

I cant contact the company and they dont reply to my emails.

I have spoken to the ECC in Belgium and cruzshuz or goldriver trading are not a registered companies over there!

I ordered on 27 july and the money was taken instantly. I have heard nothing since, not even an order confirmation.

To say that i am angry is an under statement.

Hi there! after reading some of the negative posts on this forum i started to panic, that i might have been conned, i ordered my cruzshuz from cruzshuzeu.com, the Belgium based company trading under the name of Goldriver. I ordered two pairs of shuz on the 26th of July, they arrived yesterday afternoon 03rd of August, the exact colour and sizes that i had requested. So i think i can confirm that Cruzshuzeu.com is a genuine company.:beer:

mmmmm, is it not strange that all the people saying this is a genuine site are newbie low post members , reviving a dead thread from 7 months ago

Not wanting to sound rude, but i can only see 1 'newbie, low post member' saying that this is a genuine company, so your point is? Dont post if you are a newbie?

I am grateful that the post was left, as it at least gives me a little hope!

I am still waiting for my Cruz Shoes. I ordered them on 17 July and the money was taken instantly. I have emailed a few times now and had no reply and can never get through on the phone.

I only joined this site after doing a search on the company and seeing thid link as it worried me and seems I have reason to be worried.

3 weeks tomorrow and still no sign yet the website promises delivery in 2-5 working days

Well I may be a newbie but trust me I have taken my shoes to a shop for measurements they should be a size one but they are a size 10/11 and I am not a happy shopper and why is it that I have had no reply from the company even though I am now going through PAY PAL you would think they would get in touch straight away wouldnt YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! PAY PAL are now the middle man in my dispute with this company and I am still getting no joy.

I have just received the following email from CruzShuz in response to the 3rd email I had sent yesterday.

"Hi there, we are very sorry for this long delay. Your shoes were dispatched quite some time ago. It is possible your shoes have gone missing in transit as we have had this happen in the past. To rectify the problem we will resend your item straight away."

So hopefully I will get them soon - fingers crossed asits been 3 weeks today since I ordered them

Well true to their word my Shoes arrived the very next day after getting the email!!!

I am glad I hung in there. I waited 3 weeks for them but they did finally arrive so I hope that offers hope to anyone else still waiting for theirs.

I used this company at christmas, delivery was slow around 3 weeks but satisfied with the product when it eventually arrived

I received mine yesterday. I ordered 2 pairs and have received 2 pairs but 1 is the wrong style and does not fit. My daughter is distraught. I too placed a compliant via paypal. They responded to the first message saying that they had been dispatched, unfortunately, they have not responded to my message about sending the wrong item.

I have given up, my daughter is so upset. I have just ordered her some replacement ones off ebay. I have also put these wrong ones up for sale on ebay, so if you want to buy them, i promise to dispatch within 1 day of the auction ending! LOL.

Its a real pitty that their customer service is so bad, as the products are really good and appear to be very good quality.
