Warranty on Mobiles

Hi

My Nokia N80 screen has just messed up. Has anyone been through the warranty process of getting these things repaired for free. It's from Orange and has been less than 12 months.

    Talk to Orange
    Dial CS and option 1, 3 i suppose....

    They will guide you through it. They are liable to process your warranty.
    However you can go to any nearest Nokia centre and they will do it but Orange might not accept warranty later on after that. So its better to go through Orange.
