    Fv are happy to refund all the money we have paid but I don't see how that helps, basically they have caused us 7 months of hassle and upset and if we get a refund we are back to where we started.

    It helps because you're not out of pocket, and can go and buy elsewhere, from a competent retailer.

    Can you assign a monetary value to your "hassle and upset"? That's the amount of compensation you are entitled to. They may give you a discount on another purchase, but that's simply their goodwill - you are not entitled to it.

    We have decided to reorder the same suite after being offered a further £200 credit making a total of £425 off. They have suspended all payments to the finance company until we receive and are happy with the new suite.
    Hopefully 3rd time lucky.
