Cash Converters Have Lost My Stuff :(

It does not mean that at all, it could also mean they have sold them to someone before the agreement expired, it doesn't sound like you will be out of pocket and will have all new items so things haven't turned out that badly have they?

The stuff i took in was brand new so it aint done me no favours its just bin a huge pain in the bum keep ringing them and going down there, really and even if they were "accidently sold on" they should really think about training their staff better and ill b makin sure wen i go to collect the stuff i let ne 1 else waitin in there no wats happened

Just so everyone knows i have finally got my stuff back they replaced everything aparently all new even though sum had scruffy edges to boxes, some however were in selophane so were def. new. However i had to pay all money including the fee as manager wouldnt let me off this and no one even bothered to ring me to say my stuff was back. I emailed customer service to complain and got an email to say my stuff was back....can safely say i will NEVER be using cash converters again no matter how skint i am!! Valuable lesson Learnt x
