Ive been gone a while but popping back in to keep me on track!!!
FRI: Chilli Nachos
SAT: Mushroom chicken with rice
SUN: Roast lunch
MON: Burgers in buns with salad
TUE: chilli with rice
WED: Tuna steaks with new potatoes and veg
THURS: Lasagne and wedgesLiving the simple life0 -
I managed to stick fairly well to the plan last week with just a bit of moving around etc...so....
Saturday - chilli and rice
Sunday - toad and veg
Monday - veggie pasta bake
Tuesday - chilli (remains of Saturday from the freezer) and chips
Wednesday - sausage and mash
Thursday - "on toast"
Friday - HM pizzaBut I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green

I actually stuck to my plan last week and it helped so trying again:
Sat: Cooked breakfast, Roast Chicken dinner
Sun: Chicken leek risotto
Mon: Cheesey pork chops
Tue: Meatloaf (new recipe)
Wed: Chicken and sweet potatoes curry
Thu: Sausages and mash
Fri: Steak

Morning, all. Here's my mealplan for the coming week:
Sat: Moussaka
Sun: Sausage Pasties with Potato Wedges
Mon: Black Bean Chicken with Noodles
Tues: Spanish Omelette
Weds: Not sure

My week should look like this:-
Saturday 14th - mozarella stuffed chicken breast for adults & parmesan crusted for the DGSs
Sunday 15th – roast pork, veg, apple sauce from freezer made from last year's apples and roasties
Monday 16th – was going to be fish pie, but looking after DGSs so this may change
Tuesday 17th – Thai chicken curry
Wednesday 18th – black-eyed beans & baked potatoes
Thursday 19th – Broccoli cheese 'n chips
Friday 20th – freezer delight
Saturday 21st – Fajitas
Sunday 22nd – Roast chicken & gammonOutside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read.

for 8 portions I use the following:
2 chillies (deseeded)
1 finger sized peice of ginger
2 garlic cloves
2 tbls Extra Virgin Olive oil

340g of Peanut butter (I used a whole jar of basic Peanut butter as the crunch add something!!)

Sunday - Homemade creamy veg pie, new potatoes, parsnips, carrots and peas.
Monday - Cottage pie with sweet potato top for DH and DD/Leftover pie and peas for me.
Tuesday - Cheese and ham quiche and salad.
Wednesday - Pork sweet and sour with rice
Thurday - Spigetti bolananse for dh and dd and plain tomato sauce and pasta for me.
Friday - Sweet potato and spinage curry with naan bread.
Saturday - Sweet chilli chicken with noodles.
Made a haslet for sandwiches for lunches

We-Grilled whole rainbow trout with herbs, new potatoes and spring greens
Th-Chorizo and squash stew, brown rice
Fr-Vietnamese pork noodle soup
Sa-lemon sole, new potatoes, asparagus
Su-Roast pork (or duck) , petits pois a la francaise, roast (or new) potatoes, some other veg0 -
Monday - HM Pizzas
Tuesday - Spiced Pea and Potato Rolls with Broad Bean and Courgette Salad
Wednesday - Sweet and Sour Quorn with Noodles and Stir Fry Veg
Thursday - Fish Pie with Flat Beans and Carrots
Friday - Leftover Fish Pie with Peas
Saturday - Jacket Potato with Salad
Sunday - Egg and Chips
Lunches - Chunky Bean and Cabbage Soup and Toasties
Treats - Brownies
Fingers crossed the only thing I should need to buy from the shops this week is a box of eggs

Sunday - Salmon done in foil in oven with anya new potatoes and asparagus.
Monday - Prawn Curry and rice using prawns from the freezer
Tuesday - Beans on Toast as OH is out.
Wednesday - Jacket potato, quiche and salad
Thursday - sandwich for me as I'm at college, OH will prob have ceral or toast - something simple!
Friday - steak (bought from my lovely butcher yesterday) potato wedges and salad.
Saturday - pasta with a sauce made from what's in the cupboard.Clearing debt to save for a simple wedding.Starting 2016 With debt of £77000
