Don't think FREE Delivery code works for every product - just some selected products. I used a 5% discount code and Free delivery code, updating after each input but whilst 5% code was fine the Free delivery code came back as not valid for this product. As p and p was only £3.99 did not mind as it was a bulky item I was buying and reserve and collect is for the out of town site rather than the high street.

You're right, the free delivery code doesn't work for all items. I tried ordering a game... got the 10% discount but not the free delivery. Currys were charging £6.99 delivery costs for a video game!!! I didn't bother.
  • What is the 5% code? It's not on hotukdeals

I ordered yesterday using the 10% and free delivery codes. Have had the e-mail to say it is on it's way with DHL. Presently at Milton Keynes. Might even get it tomorrow.
  • My third email confirmed order sent and got this email 26 hours after first two emails.

They advertised everything in stock and ordered before 12 noon Monday would be delivered by Christmas Day.

In fact now advertising still time to order SELECTED gifts in time for xmas if ordered by 12 noon Tuesday (the selected items are in a special section)

How do you track on dhlgroup.co.uk - I cannot get anything ???
  • Have just realised Currys website is directing you to dhlgroup.co.uk (from your order screen) but this domain name is defunct and the actual address is dhl.co.uk.

Let's hope Currys systems are a bit more up to date.

The e-mail from Currys gives you a parcel number if it has been sent by DHL, and also gives the website to use for tracking. If you do not have a parcel number in the e-mail then it says it has been sent using Royal Mail.

edit:my parcel is now at Hatfield
