Two day old 3 network contract.

I took out an iphone 4 in white, on 3's rather outstanding deal £35 pm with £29 upfront for the handset,

Trouble is, i'm not getting a signal at home, at my partners home, or at work, which is the three places i use it, two of which checked out ok on the coverages checker.

And when i do get a signal, it just cuts out after dialling.

Am I entitled to cancelling due to not being fit for purpose?

Sounds like a phone/sim fault rather than the network highly unlikely you will be unlucky enough to get no signal everywhre you try it did you buy it from a store or online?
  • Was bought instore, get signal if go 3 streets away, motorways, open areas and stuff, o2 sim works fine in it, unlocked it myself to try it, then restored it, so i know it's not the handset.
