Morning folks - had a disturbed night but managed to get some sleep. Just got up to have a yoghurt and some fruit to take some pain killers as my sciatica is going mad and as soon as I started moving around, my chest tightening and my windpipe dried up. Oh, and Bonnie is just standing at the back door, or now I have closed it she is in the hall, yapping ....... just standing, staring into space, and yapping. I gave them a little food which I thought might settle her, but she is still doing it - so I feal great ...... not

Off for a little mooch around the Tesc0 threads then will be back to bed to see if I can get back to sleep

I got back to sleep and woke when Mr 3Dogs got up around 8.30/9 am and was going to get up again and have breakfast but Mr 3Dogs said he'd take the dogs out first and then see how I felt. Next I knew, he was telling me he was going down to car boot to do some sorting so for me to stay in bed. I didn't think I'd be able to get back to sleep as chest still bad but I did, and only woke up about an hour ago

Had my breakfast and put some towels in to wash as it's still good weather and breezy so will dry in no time. Just going to take it easy, but might ask Mr 3dogs to take me to Mr T's later to get more bargains ;)

A little better at the moment thanks Beanie. I had wanted Mr 3dogs to drive me to Mr T's when he came home as I didn't feel up to driving, but he was so ker-nackered when he got back with sorting out his car boot storage units, that we just had dinner and then I went along on my own while he had a nap. Was Ok driving there but started to cough when going round the store and was really yukky driving home, but made it ok

Morning guys - it was much cooler last night after the recent heat and it is windy and cloudy here today, so hopefully my chest problem will improve. Actually, I feel much better this morning and had a good sleep last night, so hopefully this is the case

Hope everyone is OK and has a good day today :D
