Morning all - overcast here today but forecast for some sun later
I have had a bad night with my chest. After going back to bed I was up again for a couple of hours about 1.30 am as I couldn't breath and had the icey grip around my chest. Seems when I lie down the phlem drains down the back of my throat and I can't breathe. Must be the unseasonal weatherMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Still feeling yuk, so went to slimming class, got weighed, stayed to class and then Mr 3Dogs brought me home inbetween classes and then went back to help with later classes
Good news is that, after getting back onto plan this last week, I have lost 4 lbs so very happy with that. I have set a 'Chri****s wish' to lose 15 lbs over the 12 weeks to Chri****s to get back to my 4 1/2 stone loss. Mr 3Dogs lost 2 1/2 lbs this week so he is very happy tooMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Thanks Beanie - worn out as everything is an effort when you can't breathe
Just waiting for Mr 3Dogs coming home from s/class so we can have our dinner which is luckily already in the slow cooker, so I don't have to actually cook anything. And it is a mild pork stroganof type of meal as spices hit my windpipe immediately at moment and make it worse
He is calling in at Mr T on his way home to get some Qual!ty Street for Linda that she asked for, using one of my Price Drop leaflet coupons, and some ice cream ................ purely medicinal ice cream of course, to ease my throat/chest........ and to make me feel better

I promise that although this could be horrible it is a funny one as the nun is soo clever.
There were two nuns...

> One of them was known as Sister Mathematical (SM), and the other one was
> known as Sister Logical (SL).
>
> It is getting dark and they are still far away from the convent.
>
> SM: Have you noticed that a man has been following us for the past
> thirty-eight and a half minutes? I wonder what he wants.
>
> SL: It's logical. He wants to rape us.
>
> SM: Oh, no! At this rate he will reach us in 15 minutes at the most!
> What can we do?
>
> SL: The only logical thing to do of course is to walk faster.
>
> SM: It's not working.
>
> SL: Of course it's not working. The man did the only logical thing.
> He started to walk faster, too.
>
> SM: So, what shall we do? At this rate he will reach us in one minute.
>
> SL: The only logical thing we can do is split. You go that way and I'll go

A long but fab day though. I was supposed to be seeing best friend tomorrow but she heard me on the phone and said to leave it till next week when things should have calmed down at work. I have achieved such a lot.
