Sorry but I seem to have missed you all :( I didn't feel too good earlier so went for a lie down about 4.30 pm and didn't wake up till 9 .15 pm, after Mr 3dogs had come to bed. Once I woke, I started wheezing and nose streaming - think it is hayfever with this hot weather rather than the return of that cold though. I just got up to have a drink and my Shredd!es, muller and grapes for supper and to ease my tight throat, and to cool a little - the air seems so heavy today, I am very tight chested. Got a frozen muller to have when it melts a bit, so hoping that does the trick, then I am back off to bed folks

Oh, you're still hear Kit. Yes, 7 melons - we have one a day between us, well, you have seen the big bowl we have for breakfast and we have the same for supper when at home

Sounds like Steve and Andy are having fun :rotfl: :rotfl: They wouldn't normally see that kind of thing on the second day of October would they? :rotfl:

:T well done and sometimes the other way round!

just had a woman message me on netmums, saying "give me your home phone number and address" ....oh ok. No please. an er, no I don't think so!

I will call you and we will arrange for you to come to my house when I am home. Not for you to know when I am not.

EEEk have you met any suspicious people Aesop?

I haven't met any meanies... yet. Yikes they should be nice if they are mums but we dont know who anyone actually is unless we actually 'see' them. Ya know. I trust you guys but am scared on here sometimes.I think it is all in my head though and stay where i feel safe.

I don't like people who you have not spoken to, constantly asking for your address. had one woman do this last time. She kept pming me asking for my address, I wouldn't give it to her, told her to give me hers instead. (see how she likes it). She wouldn't give me hers, then turned round and said that her friend had bought her a brand new one of what I was selling.

so all that for nothing, and she would have had my address

I can't trust these people as I don't know them. They may be pretending to be mums, and just using it as a way to burgle people's houses, you can't be too careful.

And I don't like messages with no please or thank you. i find it very rude. manners don't cost as I keep telling DS.
